We are improving our resident selection process to better implement the guidelines related to resident selection for state-subsidized housing construction. In practice, this means that the resident selection will take more careful consideration of the applicant's reason for housing need, assets, and income. Based on needs assessment, priority in housing allocation will be given to applicants with the most urgent housing needs. Read the more detailed announcement about process change.
We will increase usage fees from the beginning of 2025 to better reflect real costs. A usage fee will also be charged for children. The usage fee for children will be 50% of the usage fee for an adult resident. Read the resident information bulletin here
As a rule, LOAS apartments are always rented out. The apartments Intra shows you are ALL the apartments, not just empty apartments. Apartments that are currently completely empty are also distributed only on the basis of applications. So if you want an apartment as soon as possible, include as many apartments in the application as you can!
